Our Focus
The Pinyon Group is deeply committed to addressing issues of social and environmental equity through thoughtful, contextual, and beautiful real estate projects. We excel at applying our creativity and expertise to leverage a multitude of policy and financing tools to achieve these ends.
Urban Real Estate Development
The Pinyon Group develops real estate–for own account, in partnership with land owners, and on behalf of clients–with a keen focus on developing projects that leave the world in a better place than which we found it. We are passionate about good design, and are experts in creatively utilizing public-private partnerships, tax credit finance, tax-exempt bonds, and a variety of other forms of market-based public and private financing (including impact investment and philanthropic initiatives) to bring worthy projects to fruition.
Construction Management
With experience directly managing the construction of over 5,600 residential units (from lowrise to midrise to highrise), The Pinyon Group’s wholly owned construction management subsidiary, TPG CMS LLC, provides access to a team with an intimate understanding of construction logistics and real time cost estimating data from the very earliest stages of a project. As projects progress from concept through value-engineering and construction, they offer an expert team to negotiate the documentation for, and oversee the delivery of, highly-complex construction projects to ensure the delivery of projects on-time and on-budget.
Advisory & Consulting
Our Advisory & Project Delivery Services turn vision into reality. With over $5 billion of project experience as real estate developers, builders, operators, and institutional investment fund managers, our advisory services are highly-informed, action-oriented, and steeped in “real world” perspective–which our clients and partners find to be invaluable and critically important to their mission.
